Shipping Information
How much does shipping cost?
We keep shipping simple and affordable! All orders within the USA cost just $4.95 for shipping, no matter how big or small your order is.
How long will my delivery take?
Standard delivery within the USA takes about 7 business days. Keep in mind that deliveries might take longer during busy shopping seasons and holidays.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Right now, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We’re working on adding international shipping options in the future. Please note that we currently cannot ship to US military bases.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all purchases. When you check out, we’ll direct you to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your purchase safely.
Is shopping on your website safe?

Orders & Changes
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot modify orders once they’ve been placed. Please double-check all your order details (size, design, quantity, and shipping address) before confirming your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but you need to act quickly:
- You must cancel within 6 hours of placing your order
- A 10% processing fee will apply
- Send your cancellation request to [email protected]
- Orders that have been processed after the 6-hour window cannot be canceled
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
Our return policy includes:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- No restocking fees
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
How long do I have to return items?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items. After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be returned. For complete details, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Problem Solving
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it:
- Check thoroughly around your delivery location (porch, side door, with neighbors)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number from your shipping notification
- If you still can’t find your package, email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information
